I bought the old merc pack ($20) and used the AUR to buy a passive booster. When my passive runs out I'll do it again. I don't spend AUR on single use stuff or any BPOs besides those in the merc packs.

Make sure you turn off mouse smoothing. With it on I turn way slower. I use a Sidewinder X8 and I crank up the in-game sensitivity to 100. I run the mouse @ 4000 DPI for most things and drop it to 1000 DPI when trying to line up a long headshot.
