From what I've read, people seem to think this map favors the south, while I've noticed the complete opposite. North spawn distances to objectives are roughly 200, 280, and 400m. South spawn distances to objectives are roughly 360, 400, and 500m....

Have you rebooted your game? This used to happen occasionally last build too, and a reboot would fix it. May or may not need to reform the squad as well.

Bug: Damage modules do not have working stacking penalties. Not sure if other modules are affected (probably), some unable to test easily, such as the vehicle ones that don't appear in the fitting screen like infantry damage mods do.

It's not a bonus, it's just a lack of a penalty. Modules like that are multiplied together, so 1.1*1.1*1.1 = 1.33. Also, this is still present in Chromosome.
