That happens to me too. I think that the books shouldn't be displayed unless you have the proper prerequisites. Because i bought the skill book and it asked me to use the skill points for it, but I don't have the required pre-req and booted me out...

If you use the search forum, they say that you can reduce the invalid fitting bug if you wait for couple of minutes before doing anything else (buying, editing, queuing up, etc.) so that the server can catch up with you. Latency is the problem.

If you search in the forums, they said that you should wait at least several minutes for the server catch up before deploying. When you buy, change, edit, these causes latency.
