The game probably didn't load properly into the game. This happens a lot with missing hands, and when on the 3rd person view, you see this translucent body like having a seizure motion.

I was in a skirmish game. I quit the game at the middle match. Join another skirmish, but queued on the same game match but on a different team. I look at my K/D score, it still carried from the last game. After the game, I recieved 0sp...0isk.

Try pressing start, then press it back again to calibrate the setting. Are you referring to L1 when you aim the menu pops out?

Notice when you bump to players, you bounce? I did a little experiment on Caldari and I notice that it prevents you from hacking. Switch to logistic, it's not bumpy, and it hacks properly.
