I wish could get some points for vehicle reps and shield transfer, sucks loosing ISK on a mid range mid fit LAV. I have reped or transfered the entie battle in one LAV with zero kills and make few WP. I do it now only to try to keep my skills up.

I want to fit a LAV with an acive scanne, last build they workd at first but faled later on. Has anyone used an active scanner on a fit or even know of one being use? I believe it could be useful in the right situation.
