I could be wrong here, but I believe that the NK gets 3x damage from the charge shot. So PRO NK dealing 200 damage + Prof 5 (25% Dam increase) + Min scout lvl 5 (25% Dam increase) is 200x1.5=300 (x3 for charge shot = 900) and I think that it works...
