Can directors attack districts? Or is it a CEO thing only? How about logistics officer?
If so......(will edit after answer)
Also, how does owning a district affect me? What do I get from it???

ok where should I start, 1. Directors are pretty much like the CEO they just can't make others Directors and can not disband the corp, 2 Logistics officers can attack on behalf of the corp, 3 you get Isk by selling the clones on the district plus by attacking in Planetary Conquest you gain District Kredit
Did I leave anything out?
oh and to be able to attack you need 25,000 Command Points or more

Here's a question before I launch my first attack: can I buy multiple clone packs to attack without owning a district, or am I stuck with the starter pack?

you are stuck with a starter pack but you can launch 150 clones on any online district as long as you have enough Command Points (CP) number of attacks is determined by the amount of CP
