I would think fixing the explosion bug would give a noticeable boost to the missiles by itself. That said, I'd love a bit of an explosion radius buff, or maybe just improve the Fragmented launcher explosion radius and leave the others alone.

AR's are a very general weapon. Shotties are great for CQC, HMG (despite the whining) shines the best when used defensively, snipers hit hard from a long range... AR's are "good" to have in many situations, but can be outperformed by other weapon...
