This bug happens to me quite a lot. Every 3-4 game. What I do know is that when this happens the market is gone to or I cant load any of the equipments. Not sure what makes it goe off but I have nothing wrong whit my TCP/IP so I don't think it has...

All I can say is that EvE are going strong for 10 years. And we got the same team working for this game. And they have told us in one of the dev video that they can scale for a potential PS4 in the future. Give it time you will see this flower bloom

You cant say its Over Powered unless you try it out, It will at top bring two or three kills if your uber lucky before your out of ammo at sniper range. Any sniper can do 2x that. And you need a full 2.5 sec to fire. Try it out see what you think ...

It all depends on what the cost to make one will be. If you can make 100 proto from one mining trip in a Hulk you can bet its going to be at a lower price then what we have now.
