I did not mean the scrambler rifle. And if it's like on a roof lower than 20 meters it works amazing. If you can't do this you have bad aim.

Go on an elevated part of a map, and use it for tower defense. You will be amazed at how easy headshots will be. Watch protobears just die in 2 or 3 shots. I recommend an ishkune SMG or a Mass Driver to help you defend the "tower." Enjoy!
