You do realize that removing the shared passive scans would completely remove the purpose of having AK.0 and CK.0 scouts in a PC at all, you would then have the skillpoints that I spent into my scout suit rendered useless.

The ion pistol is actually really good depending on how you use it and if you get your sharpshooter up on the weapon, mine is at lvl 4 sharpshooter and my best game today has been 53/2 so I mean it can't be that horrible. You just can't charge it ...
