I don't think we'll be able to manufacture items. EVE players will be able to, given the right blueprints, and supply us with it, but Dustbunnies lack the industrial capacities to manufacture weapons themselves.

Cosmetic options will probably be always real money based in F2P games...this is stuff people are willing to pay for (aka status symbol) and doesn't disrupt the balance. Perfect candidates for Aurum items.

When the characters get wiped anyway, there is nothing lost by deleting it and making a new one. And we all keep the characters, just not the stats and inventory. The name stays reserved until he deletes the character manually.
