We should call it an Honor Rating. Build honor by consecutively completing games. There could also be a sort of in-game 'down-vote' system. There would be checks in place, but continually being 'down-voted' would deteriorate your 'honor' as well.

I lag occasionally, but I have medium-potato internet, and I'm on wireless, and my wireless headset conflicts with the WIFI signal somehow and makes me lag. I rarely lag on ethernet
