My favourite visual was a glitch that happened to me once.
At one point this random red light source appeared in my game. I could see red light reflecting off my dropsuit and other shiny things in my merc quarters.
Then when I went into a match(this was still when we had the pre-game warbarge lobby) the planet outside of the warbarge was stained bright red.

The different skyboxes are all amazing, but I really like the reddish one with the different planets/moons.
There was also a glitch many moons ago that made everything look like it was from a TRON movie. I'll see if I can find it.

The stupid grass that sprouts up around us has done more to graphically set the game back than anything else, you think water wouldn't just melt your PS3?
Acquisition is terrible, matchmaking is terrible, your game is still riddled with bugs, you should feel bad.

This only works if you have Jara the market agent.
I have spent a lot of time walking around my merc quarters and talking to Jara.
Make your merc walk up to Jara from behind. You can briefly look down at her scrumptious bottom. Now make your merc step into Jara. Not all the way just barely inside her.
Then hit the neo-comm button and walla,,,your merc now has bewbs.
