I have been experiencing this and I do not think it is simply a server load issue particularly as some of the region servers (Asia, Australia) wouldn't have a massive amount of players. It's hard to gauge how many people are playing with the insta...

I have two PS3s and two accounts and we have been able to play together a lot without much problem. I have on rare occasion seen "server is unavailable" but I didn't have any reason to think this was linked to both trying to play at the same time.

Instant battle keeps putting me on random servers rather the ones most appropriate to my ping, I doubt population is an issue being saturday night here. I can handle being on high ping servers, I started on the US and EU servers afterall. It sucks...

Sure they are tougher, but an assault suit with AR can still go toe to toe and win. Just need to make the most of the speed advantage. Good luck trying to outrun a grenade in a heavy suit.
