If you can have constant 60 fps, it is really good compared to constant 20 fps. Especially since it seems like the Unreal Engine 3 suffers from mouse movement being influenced by the framerate.

If you do not enjoy the game, take a break. The game might feel fresh in a few weeks, when some patching has occured. Do not wear yourself out! It is summer now... Plenty of other things to do :-) And passive SP gain is always there.
