Should I just pack my stuff up and come back to the game 6 months from now? or should I continue the grind like I always have? IDK why but I feel like ive gotten out of touch with the game, and the "meaning" I got out of playing it. I credit it to the game just being incomplete...... what do you guys think? |

I would go into hibernation if I were you, playing the forums is pretty fun though depending on which faction you join
Proto troll is OP though, it takes a full proto squad of fanboy to even attempt to fight it off and even then its more likely he just got bored and left them alone |

For the love of god hibernate, go play metro last light or the last of us, hell at this point id rather play black ops. Just make sure your passive is on your main and you'll have a couple million to spend come the next update, wether or not it will be worth it is hard to tell |

I'd rather not hibernate, but CCP is doing their damnest to make me.
...Severe crippling lag, low frame rates, terrible physics, and terrain that would make quicksand blush.
it just sucks the fun right out of the whole thing. And that is just scratching the surface of these persistent game breaking bugs. |

I felt the same way, I put too much money into the game to walk away, but the main thing that kept me around was the features that were "soon to come" a year later and not much has changed. Hibernation time. |

1.2 is meant to be out on the 2nd July, I think. See if there is enough improvement to continue to play until 1.3 and so on. If not then go and hibernate until either the forums start going positive on its kdr or the monthly cycle of updates end. |

I have, I mean I might play a couple hours a week but I'm not even concerned with hitting my cap.
For me it was realizing that I was rarely enjoying matches and playing solely for SP. Whether that's from playing for nearly six months itself, the frustration with broken/bad core mechanics or disappointment with the timeline to content I really look forward to I'm not sure. Probably a combination of all but at the end of the day I have very little desire to play.
Hell I've started playing GT5 and Dark Souls again. |

i recommend the following highly advanced technique that I've mastered through decades of experience playing videogames. this works in any game, no matter how good or bad it is:
1) do you enjoy playing? if not, stop.
2) otherwise, continue.
3) if you do choose to continue playing a game you don't enjoy, under no circumstances should you whine about it.

AFK/Hibernate but by god don't leave the MCC, the game is much better in there. |
