I'm back in now, but it was a bit silly putting a password on and not letting everyone in the channel know what the password is, we've lost a whole load of good players and the channel was growing nicely to.

I'm no fan of the rail rifle, it seems to be a little op at times, but in its defence I have to say that it does kick like a mule compared to the other rifles. I don't necessarily think it needs a nerf so much as the other rifles like tac assaults...

Don't know but I'm guessing the faster it is the more advantage you have over others. I have crappy speeds and an average kd. That's why these Japanese players are kicking everybody's butts.
