Technical Art is impressive having Geometric LOD work within hardware properly to not create situations where you're not shooting invisible walls at long distances.
Sound Design is crisp and excellent in helping convey the environment local on earth.
Controls are smooth and are very responsive.
Once loaded runs well within its environment no matter how hectic the scene gets there is no frame rate drop experienced.
Solar Map looked very excellent.
Weapons have a higher fidelity than most other games.

I don't have the game; but based on everyone I know who personally where hyped for the game said story was one of the weakest aspects of the game.

I wasn't particularly impressed by destiny. Just feels like an updated version of borderlands. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but it's hardly the revolutionary experience that the fanboys are wetting their pants over. |

I've seen whole corps make the switch. I'm keenly interested in destiny. I blew off most of the hype but the research I've done in the past few days is promising. Since uprising I've logged on mostly to hang with my corp, it was clear CCP was going to chase it's tail. If I can find a better place for the wolves we'll be there. A lot of the community I enjoyed fighting with or against has already left. To the rest of you, I'll see you around.

You don't know what you're talking about. New Eden is rich with story, an amazing one at that. A story not meant for the weak of heart.
While Destiny feels put together by an anime fan with down syndrome. Story is as cliche and boring as they could make it. |

Destiny = PVE, PVP, History Mode and maybe 2-3 years of live in DLC, new game modes, etc.
Dust 514 = No PVE, No History, Broken PVP, and all the promises make by the creators... only will be Available in a project named "Legion".

New Eden is rich with story, an amazing one at that. A story not meant for the weak of heart. New Eden is often considered the worst gaming community in the business, but it's in fact, the opposite. It's the most involved community in the business. Because the story doesn't hold anyone back from any sort of good/evil they want to accomplish. While Destiny feels put together by an anime fan with down syndrome. Story is as cliche and boring as they could make it. Story in Destiny is also forced upon you, while EvE's story unfolds depending on the direction your flying.

I've said this before but this endless nerd rage is pathetic.
I was in the Destiny Alpha and Beta (PS4), good fun, haven't gotten around to playing the full game (just busy, it's sitting in my house somewhere) but I can see why it might not scratch the itch for some people. It's a game, it has a limited scope and can't be everything to everybody.
I'm just waiting for someone to say it doesn't have enough Turn Based Strategy elements.
