Yes it's true, but it is useless unless you skill up in weaponry/Sniper Proficiency and use damage mods. If you don't get a OHK with the weapon it's purpose is defeated. It does need to be looked at though imo, I would say move it up to an advan...

I went type II heavy HMG last build and it is one of the easiest things to play in game imo. It is very little skill you have to rely on and mainly gear even in comparison to other suits.
