Long range scanner, lav now too after buff, or dropship. Some stupid snipers will drop nanohives at their feet you can see via the tac-net screen.

I'd think as soon as FW has a steady stream of players joining battle, what's the point of selecting districts to attack if there's no one to fight for them? CCP chased off a lot of vets with the whole legion stunt, most of them heavy FW players...
