With the oncoming penalty to shields will this encourage use of the Shield Regulator modules in lowslots on shield suits while discouraging armor suits to use shields at all with their already low shield regain stats? As of before it really was...

I'm in need of more Gallente Faction Warfare channels and while Turalyon 514 is excellent it's saturated on EVE pilots (hovers around 60 ) while light on Mercs. Are there any Gallente FW channels out there or is Turalyon my only hope?
