I assume some suits don't have a backpack because the backpack is some kind of power unit. All the suits have a backpack except for the scout so as a result, I'd say the light frame suits don't need as much power as the others.

Actually you used to be able to do this in previous builds. I'm not sure what happened but specific information on the turrets no longer shows up. Example when I aimed at a dropships turret it would say "20GJ scattered blaster or whatever"
