I've used every variant extensively, and the Breach is definitely the best. The hip-fire accuracy doesn't become so wide like the other variants after a few shots.

I regularly use the Assault Mass Driver. By nature, it is a weak, spam-happy weapon. Runs out of ammo fast with comparitively little results. Splash damage/radius should remain untouched, but I'm down with more ammo. I doubt it would be as broken...
