I may be mistaken but in chromosome there was no skill that gave you clipsize increase, the clipsize was determined by the level of the weapon ie. Mil, std, av and proto. So it could be the same now. Again speculating.

Ppl keep saying its going to have a smaller clipsize but nowhere in the patch notes it says that. All it says is that the skill is changing but it doesn't mean the clip size is getting smaller. Unless it is somewhere else like a devblog or somethi...
