I would say about 50K for the box, 150K for the key. The average strongbox gives me about 150k ISK worth of goodies (if the contents are sold from assets), but they can be worth much more.

Tanks are simply heavy area-denial weapons. They're only really useful if the enemy infantry are getting cocky, and need to be herded back into cover so your infantry can advance.
