I disagree. Thid would ruin the risk vs reward currently in using uplinks. The good is you spawn closer to objectives but the bad is that you can die as soon as you spawn

QQ about the Ar's range? Seriously when sniper rifles have infinite range and lose no damage at close or long range like laser rifles or shotguns. Light weapon sharpshooter lvl 3, nuff said and end the QQ about an aspect that isn't the issue.
