iv seen this in the last build with sqd mates. pretty sure its the splash damage from the objectives firing at your mcc. could be wrong though

was just using transporters on my LAV. everytime I went to use them my view would change to about half a mile under the map. can still see everything above me. when you click them off your view is brought back to normal
