I can somewhat define the value of SP. KDR, not so much. Look at snipers with 146/1 KDR. Boosters with 137 kills in a single match. It's trivial, if anything. But that 2.75m SP invested in a just a Proto suit, not to mention the other 5m minimum y...

I primary with the SMG(M209) and Shotty (STD) once I've closed in. You sprint slightly faster with your sidearm out anyways.
