I jump quite abit while in combat. Hell they even added in where you can BARELY jump with no stamina. My little bounces have saved me a few times. Seems logical to me to do it depending on the situation.

Should've been easy enough to do this build since it's already a feature of every corporation created in New Eden. Currently Dust corps tax is 0%. I think donations from members is great but taxing their matches would help the corp wallet more so...
