Not being funny, but my Heavy with the extra shields and armour can now take a direct OB and walk away. Heals in 20 seconds too. I've lost loads of tanks to OB's too.

Go to your system settings and do the Internet test, it will remove any problems if you actually have one. Apart from that, there isn't much you can do too speed up the PSN

Dropships for you. The only thing they are good for is landing on the MMC,... Stick with them though if that's your thing. Sooner or later CPP'S will release a proper Pilot suit. Then they might actually be decent again.
