I'm normally spending around 10-15 seconds in the warbarge, which is just enough time to walk over to the team board and have a quick look. I think something around a minute would be optimal. Don't want to wait too long, which is what we had before.

Dust uses a third party supplier for their voice chat (same as EVE). If there is a problem creating voice channels it would affect squad creation as well (it tries to create a dedicated squad voice channel upon squad creation).
