As a Heavy I'm against this. KD/R as of now is the only real way to say a heavy is good or not. I know a Heavy with a 4.0 KD/R is better than the Heavy with a 1.5 KD/R

Change the sidearm slot to say a defense slot where you couldn't have a weapon and this out at the same time but still be able to carry a primary weapon and it would work. I LIKE IT!
