Never had it stuck in my head but I really like it. Just when you hover over Dust in the XMB and you get that single note on what sounds like a synthesised bell... brilliant.

This happened to me on my first game in the new build too. All the way through the round from the beginning - not able to fire any type of gun. Could throw grenades etc - just couldn't use R1. Only happened in my first game, hasn't happened since...
