Got in before the shutdown, and did not get refunded the AUR I bought last build. All of my remaining AUR disappeared halfway through last build and CCP did not respond to any of my queries about it, and it wasn't refunded this build like it was supposed to, so it sounds like they don't have a record of the purchase. Sounds like I got ripped off. |

Yeah I froze on game finish for first game. No kills or Exp were recorded. Second game booted me after 5 mins saying server was being rebooted |

I got refunded so it might be a problem just for you. I bet you can petition to ccp and get the problem fixed... |

give them a chance,,, anything bought through the PSstore is traceable,,, might just mean an email to cust services.... |
