1st place on the winning team gets 1 random officer weapon I guaretee you will see the try hards come out in force. And with the incentive to win giving bonus isk you might see people push a little harder so they can get that reward.

There is 2 anti shield sidearms. One has a range of 30meters and the other has a range of 1meter (lol ion pistol). Scram pistol is just a high skill weapon and is the reason most people complain there is not a good shield reducing sidearm out there.
