From my understanding a lag switch either interrupts server traffic or floods it with datacausing everyone but the lag switcher to slow down as the server catches up but everything I know about such things states that a lag switch should not work ...

Why don't we just kill the strafing it caused lag and hit detection issues in the past (the only reason it works at all) then they nerfed it and it helped so lets get rid of it entirely which would solve a host of issues
