Probably somewhere around 20-30. Play Call of Duty, Wolfenstein or MGS: Revengeance. They play at an even more buttery smooth and steady 60 fps.

It can kill people behind small pieces of cover. It's not the best advantage but it is one. It works well enough as a finisher because of it's splash but you are better off with an SMG in most situations.

That wouldn't be fair at all.. but it's not the same thing. Officer gear loot drops are pretty random. SP is not. However if, lets say, a 20 aurum purchase gave you a random officer gear loot roll, that wouldn't be as bad as straight but stocking...
