Not because of badly spent sp or nerds and buffs but because the players are bored and want to try new things before the game ends? It can't hurt the game cause its dead and the FOTM chasers already have the FOTM.

Aha! i got some of the original numbers. Based on these and my memories of back then I now suggest, un-nerfing it and seeing how it works. BUT I would not announce this. I would let the regular flay lock users (Like me) notice the difference.
