This seems backwards. The laser rifle is waaaay worse than the HMG. Particularly the Viziam! Why then, CCP, didn't you note any changes to the Laser rifle? Honestly, all the HMG needed was a bit faster build-up of heat. Range nerf, thats .... ac...
