CCP should create a game mode called AFK. You select it, and your account locks for 18 minutes. When it unlocks, you get an average load of ISK and SP, or something like that. Farmers aren't in games, farmers get points. Problem solved.

Until your team or squad pass a certain WP level, you can't call in a tank. Of course, those tanks should be way cheaper. That is all.
