Until your team or squad pass a certain WP level, you can't call in a tank. Of course, those tanks should be way cheaper. That is all. |

Yes, because this should be more focused on just the Assault AR player. We need to nerf or restrict anything that gets in the way of the CoD play style.

Tanks should also have a timer. After a couple minutes, they just evaporate and you have to start all over. |

Tanks should always be on radar too. And orbitals should be able to track tanks and move with them. |

It used to be like this. At Fan Fest 2009 when they debuted Dust 514 they demo'd it and called it a vehicle, saying that you must spend war points to get it.
So need less to say, they tried this before and didn't like it. Move along. |

Assault rifles too. Your squad should need to have at least 50 wp before you can call in your ar. Or any weapon for that matter. We could do 25 wp for sidearm 50 for light and 1000 (yes one thousand) for heavy (you know because ccp hates us we should continue the trend). Oh and the nova knives should be explosively charged that way they can be fired at an enemy from afar. Or better yet just make a wp requirement for joining a battle, say 200 wp per player just to spawn in.

that would further emphasize the avalance effect of "if you're winning, you get to win even more".
IMO there should be alternative method of calling OBs - both true orbitals and precision strikes.
Sadly, I have no realistic proposition at the moment. |
