You guys are misunderstanding. I didn't say not to use biotics on the Gallente. I actually would use them a lot. And the whole point of this thread wasn't that I'd already skilled into Minja, it was because I'm trying to pick a scout for my MAIN...

Thought it'd be important since I was using CPU upgrades on my Gallogi... should've checked protofits first instead... All I really did was save myself a miniscule amount of ISK on some of my suits, I think MAYBE I got an extra module or a minisc...
