Is it a bug or why does the armor skill that increases the effectiveness of plates not apply to ferrioscale Plates?! Edit: looks like a bug, since arum ones still get the skill bonus...

A c1 scout with a Forks Sniper rifle. He wasnt that good but he had at least the balls to use it outside the redline. He was quite far away from his redline and near a hill at one objective.
