Can confirm, HMG is beastly in cqc once more. You can't miss with it, and if you're even a half way decent aim the 17% extra dps will absolutely annihilate lighter suits.

CCP removed the stacking penalty that was being applied to the speed penalty on plates. The more plates you had of the same type the less you got penalised, no longer so you might notice a small decrease in speed. It's like 2m with triple enhanced...
