The SDE says it's just a flat attribute: mCharProp.movementRun.jumpStaminaCost . No percentages, just a number that is used everytime you jump. There is also the mCharProp.movementSprint.jumpStaminaCost for sprinting, a different for walking etc....

Good news everyone, we re-tested damage mods and proficiency skills and found out that they are working correctly. So if you want 10% extra damage (at least until 1.8) put on a complex damage mod!

Just once more because people can't read: Activate it just before downtime and you'll be fine. You can also activate it after downtime but before is safer. There will be several checks to ensure that ppl have the most chance to activate a booster.
