My only advice is to keep your expectations low. Really low. Even if 1.3 lands, it's likely to just be stat shuffles, maybe a couple new menu's, some skyboxes and some NPE "fixes" There's a very strong chance the patch will be very minor.

It's probably like pilot stacking, CCP likely can't fix it. So if we're lucky they'll come up with a workaround, but if it requires anything in the code you may as well chalk it up as a new feature to the game, because it's here to stay.
