Well, your problem there are these super corps (dirtnap) who are holding lots of districts already and have generated mass amounts of isk. So they would still have the advantage and make it close to impossible for smaller corps to have a fighting ...

yep, had the problem before 1.8, hiting the sprint button does not keep me in sprint. H ihave to hit it up to 5 times to sustain sprinting. With full stamina. But pay more attention to the skill book error, it's a bigger problem.
