I just did it and I moved like a slug. Strafe speed was nice tho. But yea 3 enhanced plates did nothing for me. My movement speed was 4.15 and when I switched back to a different gal logi that suit was faster so no this is not true.

Get rid of the SP cap and at least people can push themselves to get themselves at a SP total that is PC competitive. Seriously all this qq over the 3x SP event and you would think none of this would be issue if people could grind SP unrestricted....
