There is no motivation so AFKng is the best way to go and even if they make an auto kick system, you can always put a rubber band in your controller so it keeps moving or make a macro for your keyboard

NeverTM CCP does not likes when the boosters can be used at their full potential, normally It takes me 1 day to fully cap. They love people buying boosters and capping earlier.
